Important information about the 2024 summer season:
- A booking does not guarantee admission to the pool. Please find out in advance about opening hours, restrictions or early closures (red notices) in the pool: click here
- Tickets can be redeemed within 7 calendar days of purchase
- All visitors aged 14 and over will only be admitted upon provision of official photo ID
Accepted forms of ID are: ID card, passport, driving licence, disabled person’s pass, school ID card, Super Ferien pass, police/fire service ID cards, valid residence permit with photo (copies are not accepted) - If you have bought a ticket online, you can access the pool directly via the entrance turnstile once your ticket/ID have been checked
- Children under the age of 5 can be added to your booking free of charge in step 2 of the ordering process
(except summer season tickets, tickets available at the summer pool entry) - Bookings are binding and cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled

Note: Dear bathers, please note that from 1 October only the terrace pool (unheated) will be available and the pool will be closed at weekends. The Kreuzberg indoor swimming pool will be accessible via the regular Gitschiner Straße entrance from 1 October.
