Important information about the 2024 summer season:

• Tickets can be redeemed within 7 calendar days of purchase
• All visitors aged 14 and over will only be admitted upon provision of official photo ID
  Accepted forms of ID are: ID card, passport, driving licence, disabled person’s pass, school ID card, Super Ferien pass, police/fire service ID cards, valid residence permit with photo (copies are not accepted)
• If you have bought a ticket online, you can access the pool directly via the entrance turnstile once your ticket/ID have been checked
• Children under the age of 5 can be added to your booking free of charge in step 2 of the ordering process
  (except summer season tickets, tickets available at the summer pool entry)
• Bookings are binding and cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled
